to repair the University and set it on its course; and in tne second place, while restoring and strengthening the undergraduate studies in a College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, through which all must pass unless they already nave a Bachelor's degree, we should immediately set up the medical studies as post-graduate and add to them such advanced studies in Letters, Philosophy and Sciences as may seem to be most natural and practicable in the circumstances.
